Email Acceptable Use

These terms set out how you're able to use Pcoo's email system ("PcooMail").

Pcoo Group ("the Group") is not responsible for any data loss when transmitting files through our network. 

1. You agree to only use your email for business use only to do with the group. 

2. You must not use your email for any illegal or illegitimate uses, such as fraud, identity theft or any other malicious purpose.

3. You must not share any login credentials with anyone around you, and you are responsible for the security of your account. 

4. You must not try and reverse-engineer any of Pcoo's systems by using the tools that we have given you. 

5. You may not use your email for any spam purposes. 

6. You are only allowed to share confidential files to other @pcoo.co.uk emails and nothing external without permission from higher ups.
